Norland 278 Bone Densitometer System With Manual. A bone densitometer is a device intended for medical purposes to measure bone density and mineral content by x-ray or gamma ray transmission measurements through the bone and adjacent tissues. The densitometer powers on. The screen and controls work great. The fan works. The scanner powers on. I ran a quick scan, the tray moved smooth. I did notice that it looked as if there were screws missing on the tray. The computer powers on. The fan works. There is a disk in the drive. You can expand as there is a slot for installation of a second drive. This lot includes the densitometer 278A, Bone Scanner 278A, Arm Boards shown, Infant Position Board, 3702 Computer with disc shown, Manual, power/comm cables and computer serial cable.  I am only equipped to test these items for power. Item is sold as described. We have Fedex pickup daily, we pack and ship your item no later than the next day. I may ship this lot in 2 separate boxes to ensure safe shipping.     35D
