Fondant Cutter and Embossing Tool - Various Pack Sizes Available
The fondant cutter and embossing tool is used for both cutting fondant into strips or embossing patterns into your fondant.
The tool comes with 3 interchangeable wheels which can be stored inside the handle. There is 1 smooth cutting wheel and 2 textured embossing wheels.
Instructions
To cut strips attach the straight-edge cutting wheel (just snap the axle into the slot on the tool)
Roll out your fondant onto a non stick mat. Using a ruler roll the wheel along your fondant to cut strips.
To emboss a pattern, attach one of the two pattern wheels (wavy or ridged)
Roll the wheel along the strip in any direction.
You'll create great looking dots or waves to give your fondant amazing texture. When complete use and angled spatula to move the strip to your cake.
